Wholesale oxygen sensor quote coordination

Inputs → requests → comparison → confirmation

Define the requested service scope before asking oxygen sensor manufacturers for terms. Oxytrace Sourcing splits wholesale oxygen sensor lines into unit, packing, freight, taxes and coordination charges so two offers share the same boundary.

Define the coordination scope

Requirements review

The buyer supplies vehicle year/make/model, engine code, upstream or downstream position, exhaust bank, connector pin count, thread size, wire length, heated or wideband type, quantity and destination ZIP code. Drawings can be described now and sent after first contact. We do not operate a fitment database that certifies interchange.

Supplier questions

Ask about production scope, sample options, supplier declaration and documents bound to the named part. Electrical interface is recorded as pin map and heater circuit, not as a fault-code diagnosis. Oxygen sensor manufacturer claims stay attached to their revision, not to this site.

Quote comparison

Separate unit cost, packing unit, freight, taxes, service costs and Incoterms before ranking offers. A sensor-only line cannot be compared with a kit that adds a controller cable. Currency and per-piece versus total-order budget, if provided, stay as buyer guidance.

Order handoff

Record approved sample identifiers, unresolved exceptions, warranty scope and who owns shipment. Sample approval is not batch consistency. Later lots still need agreed inspection points. Oxytrace Sourcing coordinates questions; the buyer issues the purchase decision.
