Complete kits versus individual sensors remain a live dispute: a kit BOM must list cables and adapters, while an individual part must state exclusions. Sample versus batch is the second dispute: one accepted sample does not certify the next lot without agreed checks. New versus remanufactured is the third: disclose supply condition and any core charge before ranking unit prices.
Technical checks that usually appear on an automotive oxygen sensor RFQ include vehicle fitment notes, mounting position on the exhaust bank, connector pin count, thread size or thread pitch as stated by the supplier drawing, overall length of the wire, electrical interface voltage, packing unit, destination ZIP code and optional target budget.
